Hi, my name is Mallory, and I am 26 years old, and I am from Covington Louisiana. Everyone calls me Mal for short. I am the captain of the Louisiana Ladies and I have been dancing since I was 6 years old. My favorite type of dance ballet, but I have been Mardi Gras parading since I was 8 years old! In addition to loving dance, I enjoy anything, including Disney, working out, and volunteering in my community. I started the Louisiana Ladies to create a sisterhood of women empowerment and positivity for women of all walks of life. I truly love all the amazing women on this team and the new friendships I have made. This team is truly a sisterhood and tribe of great people!

Hey y’all! My name is Alyssa Arnold and I am the coach of the LA ladies dance team. My love for Dance is like no other. Any stage, studio, field, or gym that I have performed at has felt like a dream for 20+ years. I have been dancing since I was four years old at a studio. I have also been on dance teams in junior high and high school but dance did not stop for me after high school. With that love for Dance, it is an outlet for me to express my emotions in many ways. As one of the choreographers of the team and second in command, I want the ladies to not only love dance, but also to love themselves because I believe anyone no matter who you are, can dance, and anyone can learn how to dance. It is the amount of persistence and the motivation you have that shows not just in dance but also life. I believe women are truly powerful beings and I want this team to show women everywhere that you CAN do it and we are here to welcome you with our open arms. EVERYONE is welcome to be a Louisiana Lady and I cannot wait to see future ladies to come.

Hi, my name is Charlotte and I am from Baton Rouge.I am married and a dog mom/foster dog mom. I'm also a 15-year cancer survivor! I love iced coffee, jamming to music with my sunroof open, binging shows with my hubby, crime podcasts, and singing in my church choir. I also make terrible jokes! My favorite part about the Louisiana Ladies is how we truly support one another.
Hi, my name is Tracey and I am from Kenner but I have also lived in various cities along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Galveston TX, and in Boulder CO before landing back in Mandeville. Hi, my name is Tracey and I am from Kenner but I have also lived in various cities along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Galveston TX, and in Boulder CO before landing back in Mandeville. I have always loved to dance but have very little "formal" dance training. However, I have been dancing in some form for pretty much my entire adult life! I am currently a wife of almost 25 years, a mom to a 20 year old son (and two 1-year old kitties!), a homemaker, and a (very) small business owner, I was previously a chemist with the EPA and a substitute science teacher, but dance is my creative outlet and stress relief! My favorite thing about the Louisiana Ladies is that I love the inclusivity and the philosophy that anyone can learn to dance!
