The Louisiana Ladies is an organization that participates in physical fitness, dance instruction, parades, social, charity events and much more. We are a group of women that love uplifting others and volunteering in our community.
We are a team of women who uplift each other through the art of dance and empowering others of all walks of life. The Louisiana Ladies offers a fun positive atmosphere, dance instruction, a welcoming fitness environment, and most importantly friendship. We are inclusive to all body types, level of dance experience, and ages.
We believe that anyone can become a dancer and accept all different levels of experience. We have team members that range from zero dance experience to twenty years of experience. We love being able to empower other women and teach others to dance.
